- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During peak seasons, sales events, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Within India
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
- Remote locations: 5–10 business days
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner serviceability.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹ 2000
- A flat shipping fee applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking details.
You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the shipment notification.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transportation disruptions, courier delays, public holidays, or force majeure events may occasionally affect delivery timelines.
Babyron is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, though we will always assist in resolving any shipping-related concerns.

Babyron cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
Our team will work with the courier partner to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
